摘要
近年来,国家陆续出来了多项扶持农业发展的政策,极大提升了荆州市农民参与现代化农业的积极性,农业发展水平显著提升。与此同时,我们必须要深刻认识到荆州市农业推广体系尚不完善,存在农业科技成果质量差、农民素质低、推广队伍结构不合理等问题,不仅影响了荆州市农业发展,而且减少了农民的收入,因此,解决农业推广中存在的问题刻不容缓。
In recent years, our country have introduced a number of policies to support the development of agriculture,which greatly improved farmers＇ enthusiasm to participate in modern agriculture in Jingzhou,the development level of agriculture has been significantly increased.At the same time,what shall be realized it that the promotion system of agriculture has not been well established,there are many problems existing in it,for example,the quality of its scientific and technological achievements in agriculture is poor,farmers＇ quality is poor,the structure of promotion group is unreasonable,which has not only affected the development of agriculture in Jingzhou,but also reduced the income of the peasants,therefore,it is very urgent to solve the problems existing in the agricultural extension.
