摘要
通过详细分析得出了变栅距光栅的光强分布函数,用Matlab软件模拟了其光强分布曲线,并通过对缝间参数的改变转化为等栅距光栅,验证了其光强函数的正确性,比较分析了变栅距光栅和等栅距光栅的光强分布曲线,得出变栅距光栅的光强分布仍受到单缝衍射因子的调制,在相邻的主最大之间出现了和等栅距光栅间相同数量的极大值和极小值,所不同的是变栅距光栅的光强同时受到了cos^22u因子的影响,相邻主最大之间出现了一些较强的次极大。
The light intensity distributed function of VLS grating is obtained through a detailed analysis,and the light intensity distributed curve is simulated by Matlab software.Furthermore,it is returned to equel space grating through change of the parameters of seams,and the correctness of the light intensity function is verified.The light intensity distributed curves of VLS grating and equal space grating are comparatively analyzed.It is concluded that the light intensity distribution of VLS grating is still modulated by single slit diffraction factor.The same number of the maximum and the minimum appear between the main maximum adjacent as between the VLS grating.The difference is that the light intensity of the VLS grating is influnced by the impact factor at the same time,and some strong secondary maximum appear between the adjacent main maximum.
