室内模拟土壤中可培养微生物数量在不同水分条件下的动态变化 被引量:2

摘要 为了调查土壤水分对土壤系统内微生物数量的影响,通过瓶培养试验检测为期30 d不同土壤水分下土壤可培养微生物数量的变化,发现土壤细菌数量最大值出现在土壤含水量为25%的处理,与其他处理相比,最大相差两个数量级,土壤真菌和纤维素分解菌数量最大分别为10%和15%含水量处理,放线菌和亚硝化数量最大在15%或30%含水量的处理,自生固氮菌在不同时期数量最大的处理不同。相关性分析发现,真菌数量与纤维素分解菌的数量,细菌数量与自生固氮菌和亚硝化细菌,土壤放线菌与土壤亚硝化细菌数量呈显著正相关。 To investigate the effect of soil water content on microbes of soil, the pot experiment was used to detect the change of culturable microorganism in soil microorganisms under different water content during 30 d. The results showed that the maximum of soil bacteria count appeared in 25%of soil water content, and compared to other treatments, the soil bacteria count in 25%of water content was higher by two orders of magnitude. The maximum of soil fungi and cellulose decomposing bacteria appeared in 10%and 15% of water content, respectively. The maximum of soil actinomycetes and nitrite bacteria appeared in 15% or 30% of water content, and the maximum of soil azotobacteria appeared in different stage of different treatment. The correlation analysis showed that there were significant correlation between the count of fungi and cellulose decomposing bacteria, the count of bacteria, azotobacteria and nitrite bacteriam and the count of soil actinomycete and nitrite bacteria.
