摘要 焊丝拉拔后表面残留物不易清洗,影响后续镀铜质量。在分析造成焊丝镀铜缺陷的基础上,从焊丝镀铜前的清洗入手,通过实验对比不同清洗方法对焊丝镀铜质量的影响。结果表明,焊丝拉拔工艺中非水溶性润滑剂造成的焊丝表面污染,是降低焊丝镀铜层质量的主要原因;酸洗、碱洗、清洗液只能部分清除焊丝表面残留的润滑剂,但不能彻底清除,而超声波清洗效果好,效率高,速度快。 Welding wire surface residual is not easy to clean after drawing,so it will influence subsequent copper plating surface quality. Based on the analysis that causing welding wire copper plating defects,beginning from the washing before welding wire copper plating,contrast the influence of different washing methods on welding wire copper plating quality through experiment. The result shows: welding wire surface pollution caused by water-insoluble lubricant in the process of welding wire drawing is the main reason to reduce welding wire copper plating quality; pickling,alkali washing solution can only eliminate partial residual lubricant of welding wire surface,but can not eliminate completely,and the effect of ultrasonic washing is good,and has high efficiency and fast speed.
