青年馆员是图书馆人力资源储备的中坚力量。阐述了现阶段青年馆员发展所面临的一些困境及其具体表征,分析了这些问题背后的深层次原因,以此为基础,提出了增强职业美誉度、畅通晋升渠道、建立有效的学习与培训机制等帮助青年馆员更好发展的若干措施。
The young librarian is the backbone of the reservation of library's human resources. This paper expounds some difficulties in young librarians' development at the present stage and the embodiment of these difficulties, analyzes the deep causes behind these problems, and based on this, puts forward some measures for Help the young librarians better development such as strengthening the professional reputation, smoothening the promotion channel, and establishing the effective learning and training mechanism, etc.
