摘要
依据工程造价风险管理理论及原则,给出影响工程造价管理的工期、材料价格、自然条件、施工组织设计及设计变更五类主要风险。以兰新铁路某站房工程施工为例,提出控制设计变更、控制材料用量及价格、索赔防范与反索赔等风险管理措施。
Based on the project cost risk management theories and principles,gives the five major risks affecting the project cost,including the management period,the price of materials,natural changes,constr uction organization design and design changes five major risks. Then taking the station room of Lanzhou Xinjiang railuay as an example,puts forward risk management measures,such as controlling design changes,controlling the amount of material and price,claims prevention and counter-claims and so on.
