Preparation and Performance of Anti-corrosion Paint on Surface of Metallic Facility in Transformer Substation in Bad Atmospheric Environment

摘要 以环氧树脂为成膜物质,聚酰胺为固化剂,经改性处理的聚苯胺/硅强粉为防腐蚀介质,辅助以二氧化硅和二氧化钛为填料,制备出一种无挥发环境友好型防腐蚀水性涂料。该涂料可耐盐水浸泡超过30d,电化学测试表明腐蚀电位显著正移,腐蚀电流密度降低,且漆膜性能稳定,可在恶劣大气环境条件下涂装应用。 An environment-friendly anti-corrosion water soluble paint was prepared using epoxy resin as film forming matter,polyamide as curing agent,modified polyaniline/silicon powder as corrosion medium,silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide as filler.The soak period for this paint to resist salt water was more than 30 days.The results of electrochemical test showed that the corrosion potential moved in positive direction notably.The corrosion current density decreased and the film performance was stable.This paint can be used in bad atmospheric environment.
