摘要
采用浸泡试验和电化学试验研究了工业纯钛TA1在盐酸溶液中的腐蚀行为。研究表明,随着温度和HCl浓度升高,TA1的自腐蚀电位降低,钝化区电流密度增加,腐蚀速率上升;加入铁离子后,TA1的自腐蚀电位上升,钝化区电流密度减小,斜率减小,腐蚀速率显著降低。
Corrosion behavior of TA1 in HCl solution was studied by immersion and electrochemical tests.The results showed that with increasing the concentration of HCl,the self-corrosion potential decreased,the current density increased,and the corrosion rate increased.With the addition of Fe^3+,the self-corrosion potential of TA1 rised,the current density in passivation range decreased and the slope of polarization curve decreased,and the corrosion rate decreased obviously.
