摘要
计算机联锁系统是采用计算机关键技术,并结合通信技术、控制技术、容错技术和故障-安全技术等来完成车站联锁控制功能的,对可靠性和故障-安全性都要求比较高的实时控制系统。本文对PLC计算机联锁系统进行了设计,利用西门子S7-300 PLC的编程软件STEP 7编程实现了PLC联锁机功能。文中包括系统总体结构、PLC联锁机与上位机的通信和系统软件结构3个部分。通过实践证明该系统具有很高的可靠性和稳定性。
The computer interlocking system is a real-time control system with demand of high reliability and safety, which uses computer technology as key technology, and it combines with communication technology, control technology, fault tolerant technology, fail-safe technology to complete the station interlocking control functions. In this paper,the PLC computer interlocking system is designed, and using the programming software STEP 7 of Siemens S7-300 PLC complete the PLC interlocking machine function. The 3 part of the overall structure of the system, the communication between the interlocking computer PLC and PC, the software structure of the system are included in this paper. The practice has proved that the system has high reliability and stability.
