聚羧酸减水剂复配机制砂自密实混凝土的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决机制砂混凝土流动性差、保坍性能差、凝结时间短等问题,通过掺加优选的聚羧酸母液,复配以适量的保坍、引气和缓凝组分,开发出一种机制砂自密实混凝土专用外加剂。结果表明:采用12%聚羧酸母液与28%保坍组分复配,并掺加0.15%引气组分、5%缓凝组分和54.85%的水,可赋予机制砂自密实混凝土优异的流动性、保坍性和力学性能。制备的机制砂自密实混凝土成功用于某高速公路水下灌注桩施工,获得良好的技术及经济效果。 In order to resolve problems of concrete mixed by manufactured sand for poor fluidity and slump retention,fast setting time etc,a special admixture for manufactured sand self compacting concrete was developed by adding screened poly carboxylic acid mother liquor,mixing with moderate dosage of slump retaining,air entraining and retarding component. Test results showed that by compounding 12% poly carboxylic acid mother liquor with 28%slump retaining agent,also adding 0. 15% air entraining component,5% retarding component and 54. 85% water,a manufactured sand self compacting concrete with excellent fluidity,slump retention and mechanical properties. The manufactured sand self compacting concrete was successfully used in the construction of the underwater pouring piles for a highway,and good technical and economic benefits were got.
