摘要
新型城镇化背景下,地域文化与特色愈来愈受到重视,"科学城镇化"与资源、生态、文化相结合将成为规划发展的重要趋势。文章通过对宁波市鄞江镇总体设计案例的介绍,探讨出一种将"科学城镇化"理念与地方资源、生态环境和历史文化相结合,能够突出其地方文化与特色的发展路径,又能实现当地产业转型与优化的策略方法,即寻求基于环境与场所精神的乡村发展策略。自然化、生态优化、文化活力化为其基本内涵。
Under the background of the new urbanization, the regional culture and characteristics get more and more attention, scientific urbanization with resources, environment, history and culture is becoming an important trend in local planning and development. Through the introduction of the overall design of Yinjiang Town in Ningbo, the paper wants to explore a kind of development way that combines the scientific urbanization with the local resources, environment, history and culture, and highlights its local culture and the characteristics. And also realises the local industrial transformation and optimization, which are the rural development strategies based on the environment and the spirit of place. Naturalization, eco-optimization and cultural vitality are the basic connotation.
