教育问责在大学生体质健康测评工作中的可行性研究

摘要 采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,从教育问责的观点出发,对大学生体质健康测试工作进行了可行性分析。从个体的利害性上讲,大学生要认识到体质健康测评的必要性,意识到体育锻炼的重要性;从团体的利害性上讲,高校要落实"体质健康测评成绩不达标不能毕业"的规定,强制大学生体育锻炼,迫使—自发—自觉,逐步形成"健康第一"的终身体育思想;从社会的利害性上讲,大学生的体质健康关系到民族的兴旺、国家的富强,可以尝试对国家体质健康测评建立问责制度。 Using the methods of literature, logical analysis and other methods, from the point of view of educational accountability, the feasibility analysis of students' physical health test is carried out. From the individual's interests, students should realize the necessity of physical health assessment, aware of the importance of physical exercise, from the interests of the community, colleges and universities to implement that if the health assessment results are not up to standard, the students cannot graduate, which can make the physical exercise a compulsory rule, forming forced-spontaneous-conscious, and gradually forming the "health first" end of the body. The idea of education, from the interests of the community, college students' physical health is related to the prosperity of the nation, the country's prosperity. Accountability system for the assessment of national physical health can be established in trial.
