摘要
为了研究温拌剂、阻燃剂的应用对沥青混合料配合比参数的影响,确定合适的施工温度,文章采用Sasobit、3G两种温拌剂与复合阻燃剂混合使用,通过马歇尔设计方法研究了温拌阻燃技术对各参数的影响。结果显示:Sasobit温拌阻燃技术可使基质沥青拌和、击实温度均降低25℃,使改性沥青拌和、击实温度均降低20℃;3G温拌阻燃技术可使基质沥青拌和、击实温度均降低20℃,使改性沥青拌和、击实温度均降低15℃。表明无论是基质沥青还是改性沥青,Sasobit温拌阻燃沥青混合料降温幅度均大于3G温拌阻燃沥青混合料。
In order to study the application effect of warm-mixed agent and flame retardant agents on the mix parameters of asphalt mixtures,so as to determine the appropriate construction temperature,this article adopted the mixed use of two kinds of warm-mixed agent Sasobit,3G together with composite flame retardant agent,studied the effect of warm-mixed flame retardant technology on each parameter through Marshall design method. The results showed that: Sasobit warm-mixed flame retardant technol-ogy can lower the mixing and compaction temperatures of base asphalt by 25 ℃,and lower the mixing and compaction temperatures of modified asphalt by 20 ℃,3G warm-mixed flame retardant technology can lower the mixing and compaction temperatures of base asphalt by 20 ℃,and lower the mixing and compaction temperatures of modified asphalt by15 ℃. It indicates that,whether for the base asphalt or modified asphalt,the cooling rate of Sasobit warmmixed flame retardant asphalt mixtures is all greater than 3G warm-mixed flame retardant asphalt mixtures.
