摘要
贫困地区农村"留守幼儿"是指因为父母双方或一方长期外出,由父母一方或祖辈或其他监护人进行抚养与教育的、未进入义务教育阶段贫困地区农村的幼儿,是中国社会转型期的弱势群体。他们生活失助,亲情失落,至今却未引起足够的重视。因此,关注贫困地区农村"留守幼儿"的生存与教育,构建贫困地区农村"留守幼儿"关爱服务体系,有利于促进贫困地区农村"留守幼儿"身心的全面和谐发展,保障幼儿所在社区乃至社会的和谐与稳定,事关贫困地区民生大计和民族的未来,具有重要的理论意义与现实价值。
"Left-behind infants" in poverty-stricken countryside, a special poor group, refers to those who receive pre-school education under the supervision of one parent or their grandparents or above because of these infants' parent or parents' migrant work. These in- fants lack help or support about life, which has not yet been attracted. Therefore, it is of significance to care about those infants and to set up care service system, which are conducive to the versatile development of infants' health and to the stability or harmony of the community in which the intfants live; in short, it has something to do with the livelihood and the future development in the poverty-stric- ken areas.
