摘要
阐述了本科应用型人才职业核心能力的内涵,初步探究了本科应用型人才职业核心能力培养方案的3个环节,即:开设以实践为主、理论为辅的专门职业核心能力课程,在学业课程中融入职业核心能力教育,在实践教学环节中加强职业核心能力培养,并分析了培养方案执行的关键点。
It is described the meanings of the professional core＇ abilities of the application-oriented undergraduates. Preliminarily, it is explored the three steps of the training scheme on the professional core abilities of the application-oriented undergraduates, that is, to organize specialized vocational core competencies courses based on primary practice and complementary theory, to integrate vocational core competencies education into academic courses, and to emphasize the professional core ability cultivation during the practice-teaching. Meanwhile, the key points how to operate the cultivation scheme inferred are analyzed.
