摘要
文化强国是当前高校思想政治教育必须面对的文化环境之一。新时期高校德育的文化基础正在遭遇前所未有的挑战,必然导致大学生社会主义核心价值理念的动摇和价值观世界的不和谐,深入剖析高校德育与文化及文化强国之间的辩证关系,挖掘文化软实力对大学生道德及价值观的影响力,是提高思想政治教育效果的有效方法。分析文化强国的基本背景,阐述其对高校思想政治教育带来的挑战和机遇,从而营造良好的高校校园文化内涵,发挥思想政治教育的文化育人功能。
Building a cultural power country is one of cultural policy which must face in ideological and political teaching. The cultural foundation of the subject teaching is facing unprecedented challenges in current times,and it inevitably lead to the college students＇ socialist core values shaking and value views dissonant. Studying the relationship between the subject teaching and culture or cultural power policy,deeply researching the influence of the soft power of culture on college students＇ morality and values,is an efficient method to improve effects of the subject teaching. Analyzing the basic meanings of cultural power,elaborating the challenges and opportunities it brings to the college＇s ideological and political teaching,it can construct a good university cultural connotation,and develop cultural function of the subject teaching.
