摘要
研究2024铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接参数对硬化参数的影响,试验采用Box-Behnken响应曲面设计方案,利用极限拉伸强度和悬臂梁冲击试验进行机械性能测试。借助Minitab 16统计软件,利用最小二乘法生成响应模型,比较硬化模型与焊接参数来确定它们之间的关系,并预测不同焊接参数下2024铝合金的机械性能。经过试验证实,这一模型与实际吻合,有助于预测2024铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接时的行为特征,减少试验成本和时间。
This paper focuses on studying the influence of friction stir welding parameters on the hardening parameters of 2024 aluminium alloy.For the experiments using Box Behnken design of response surface methodology.The conducted experiments are then subjected to mechanical testing such as ultimate tensile strength and Izod impact tests.With the aid of statistical software MINITAB 16,use the least square method to generate models of the responses to explain the relationship between the welding and hardening parameters of friction stir welded.This model is in conformity with the experiments,it can predict the mechanical properties of 2024 aluminum alloy under different welding parameters thereby minimizing the experimental cost and time.
