摘要
螺柱焊技术有快速、可靠、成本低等一系列优点,广泛应用在桥梁、汽车、电控柜等行业。通过焊接试验,得出螺柱焊在装载机结构件中厚板上的焊接参数,再经过样机试验,确定螺柱布局、更改产品图纸等步骤,最终实现把螺柱焊接技术应用于装载机的线束固定系统中。
Stud weld has the advantage of quick welding,credibility,and lowcost ect,it has been widely applied in bridge,automobile,and electric box ect. We find the weding parameter for middle and thick armor plate through the weding test,and pass the framework prototype trial-manufacture,determine the stud layout,alter the product drawings,finally we apply the stud weld to wheel loader＇s wiring hamess fixed system.
