摘要
基于传统汽车整车制造物料拉动管理系统的不足,结合业内应用的情况,通过查阅大量文献资料和亲自实践设计出了一种汽车整车制造物料拉动管理系统,旨在希望采用传统业务运作模式的企业能够少走弯路。该系统将原有系统的中的边供料改为随性供料,引入了先进的无线网络技术对暗灯件物料上线方案进行了优化。经大量时间证明,该优化方案可行性较高。
Based on the shortage of the traditional automobile manufacturing material pull management system and the application in the industry,a kind of automobile manufacturing material pull management system is designed by referring to a lot of documents and materials. Feeding of edges in the system of the original system change with feeding,the introduction of the advanced wireless network technology of dark light material on-line scheme was optimized. After a lot of time,the feasibility of the optimization scheme is feasible.
