摘要
针对增程式电动车的特点,开发一款新型375增程器。基于性能目标需求及增程器工作特点,设计一款三缸高效发动机,通过与一台永磁同步发电机相匹配,发电效率高达95%.台架试验表明,该增程器经济功率为25/2750 k W/rpm,额定功率为35/3500 k W/rpm,峰值功率为40/4000 k W/rpm,能完全满足A^B级增程式电动车的需求。
A novel 375 range-extender is developed based on the characteristics of electric vehicle.A 3-cylinder efficent engine is designed based on the requirement of the performance target and the working characteristics of the range-extender,whose efficiency can reach 95% when it cooperates with a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The experiment results show that the economic power of the range-extender is 25/2750 k W/rpm,the rated power is 35/3500 k W/rpm,the peak power is 40/4000 k W/rpm.The range-extender can meet the demand of the A-B level range-extender based electric vehicle.
