摘要
流坑古村落中大部分未列入各级文保单位、或实质上没资金保护修缮的非重点古建筑出现较严重破坏、濒临倒塌、消亡及无人居住等现象,其主要原因是这类民居旅游参与度很低,既缺乏修缮资金和修缮队伍,又不能满足原居民的现代生活需求。对这类古建筑的保护应先获取科学数据,政府引导建立"认领保护模式",丰富古建筑的"生命内涵",以"互联网+民俗体验客栈"、"互联网+艺术创作中心"、"互联网+摄影影视"等方式来实现。
Most old building houses with the long years in history in Liuken Village in Jiangxi Province are not listed in the protection scope. Many of the old houses are damaged or deserted. The main reason is that no money to repair or recondition. Another reason there is no visitor going there for sightseeing. How to protect the old village and the old-type houses, first the government should obtain the scientific data; and second it is to establish claim protection mode, the third to enrich these buildings＂ life connotation＂, we can try to design these buildings being made into ＂ Internet plus Folk-experience Inn＂, ＂Internet plus art center＂, ＂Internet plus center of photography＂ etc.
