摘要
目的对盐酸多巴胺与注射用托拉塞米配伍发生化学反应进行分析。方法在常温下(16℃),将盐酸多巴胺与注射用托拉塞米按不同剂量配伍,加入不同的溶剂中(0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液),共分3组,第1组为同等剂量的多巴胺与托拉塞米加入不同剂量的5%葡萄糖注射液中,第2组为同等剂量的多巴胺与托拉塞米加入不同剂量的0.9%氯化钠注射液中,第3组为不同剂量的托拉塞米与同等剂量的盐酸多巴胺加入0.9%氯化钠注射液中,记录随时间变化各组液体颜色变化情况。结果第1组配伍试剂中5%葡萄糖注射液的剂量越大,出现颜色的改变的时间越迟,甚至未出现颜色改变,提示该颜色改变的化学反应与浓度相关;第2组配伍试剂中显示在0.9%氯化钠注射液中托拉塞米与盐酸多巴胺可能更容易出现化学反应;第3组配伍试剂中提示发生颜色变化的化学反应与托拉塞米的浓度相关。结论在治疗顽固性心衰时,虽然托拉塞米与盐酸多巴胺联合应用有较好的效果,但在应用时应注意二者存在配伍禁忌,应避免在同一静脉通道同时使用。
Objective To analyze the combined use of torasemide and dopamine. Method At normal temperature, to mix the dopamine injection with torasemide according to different doses, with different solvents (0.9% NaCl or 5% Glucose Injection). The experiment were divided into three groups. The first group was mixing the same dose of dopamine and torasemide into different doses of 5% glucose injection. The second groups was mixing the same dose dopamine and torasemide into different doses of 0.9% NaCl. The third group was admixing different doses of to- rasemide and the same dose dopamine with 0.9% NaCl. Recording the change of each liquid color with time. Result In the first group, as the dose of Glucose Injection increase, the emergence of color change time is late, and even does not appear the color change, with suggesting that the chemical reaction of the color change associated with concentration ; In the second group, the dopamine injection and torasemide may be more prone to chemical reaction in 0. 9% Sodium Chloride Injection; In the third group, it was proved that the color change of chemical reaction related with the concentration of torasemide. Conclusion In the treatment of intractable heart failure, although combining torasemide with dopamine always bring good result, but we should pay attention to the incompatibility. So we should avoid to use at the same time in the same vein channel.
