摘要
毛梾是一种新型木本油料,耐盐碱、耐干旱,含油量高达36%~38%,其油脂可供食用或作高级润滑油,油渣可作饲料和肥料。本实验用有机溶剂正己烷提取毛梾籽油,通过料液比、时间、温度的单因素试验,然后进行正交试验,优化提取工艺参数为料液比1∶7 m/V,时间115 min,温度65℃,此时提取率高达37.1%。
Cornus walteri has a broad development and utilization prospect as an excellent oil tree and landscape tree. The seeds contain 36% ~ 38% oil. This research mainly used Cornus wateri as main material,through exploring the extracting process of oil fromthe Cornus water,the best way to extract it was found.Through orthogonal experiment design,the best condition of extraction was as follows: the ratio of solid and liquid was 1 ∶ 7 m/ V and reaction 115 min at 65 ℃. Under these conditions,extraction rate increased to 37.1%.
