摘要
有清一代,今廊坊所辖的京南诸县,虽然地处畿辅重地,但地方教育发展状况并不理想。这里既有永定河水患造成的地瘠民贫等天灾原因,又有政扰差繁等人事因素,但地方官员对教育的重视与否才是更深层的根源。
The areas referring to the present counties under the jurisdiction of Langfang are located in the Jifu areas. The situation was not ideal for the development of local education in these counties in the Qing Dynasty. This was because of natural disasters,such as barren fields and poor people due to the Yongding River flooding,and human factors,such as political interferences and heavy servitudes. However,neglect of education by the local officials is the root cause.
