摘要
以再生铜过程中铜阳极泥分银渣为原料,采用还原熔炼一电解短流程工艺直接制取铅锡锑合金,调节该合金成分可制造巴氏合金材料.还原熔炼过程中铅回收率为95.92%,锡回收率为92.47%,锑回收率为95.80%;电解过程中电解阴极产物铅的直收率为95.78%、锡的直收率为84.51%、锑的直收率为83.81%;此外,阳极泥中富集了分银渣中95%以上的贵金属.
PbSbSn separating residue Alloy is directly during the process produced by short process of smelting-electrolysis from the silver of by adjusting the alloy composition. The recovery of Sb is 95.80% in smelting pr Sn is 84.51% and the direct recovery o noble metals in the residue can be recov recycling copper in this paper. Then babbitt alloy can be produced recovery of Pb is 95.92%, the recovery of Sn is 92.47% and the ocess. The direct recovery of Pb is 95.78%, the direct recovery of f Sb is 83.81% in electrolytic cathode products. Also over 95% ered to anode slime.
