摘要
目的分析2004~2013年北海市肺结核患者发现情况,为进一步做好北海市结核病防控工作提供科学依据。方法以结核病管理信息系统及相关统计报表数据为来源,对2005~2013年北海市结核病防治机构接诊的31504例肺结核可疑症状者的初诊情况以及2004~2013年北海市结核病防治机构发现的14083例活动性肺结核患者登记情况等数据进行描述性统计分析。结果 2005~2013年北海市结核病防治机构共接诊肺结核可疑症状者31504例,年平均接诊3500例。2004~2013年北海市结核病防治机构共发现活动性肺结核患者14083例,其中,涂阳肺结核患者4661例（33.1%）,涂阴肺结核患者9227例（65.5%）,未查痰肺结核患者195例（1.4%）。2007年后活动性肺结核患者例数稳定下降,由2007年的1740例降至2013年的1143例;复治涂阳占涂阳患者构成比在2011年前逐步下降,2011年后逐渐上升,由2011年的9.1%（46/505）升至2013年的14.4%（49/340）;未查痰患者占活动性患者构成比从2004年的7.0%（70/996）逐渐降至2013年的0.3%（3/1143）。结论 DOTS策略实施,北海市结核病疫情得到有效控制,但仍要继续加强结核病防治管理措施。
Objective To analyze case finding and treatment outcomes of pulmonary tuberculosis in Beihai city from2004 to 2013 and provide scientific evidence for TB control and prevention. Methods Data were derived from the management information system of tuberculosis and the relevant statistical report data. Description statistic was applied to analyze the situation of 31504 TB suspects for the first visit the Beihai Hospital for Tuberculosis Prevention and treatment from 2005 to 2013, as well as 14083 active TB patients registered from 2004 to 2013. Results 31504 cases with suspected PTB symptoms were recorded to visit the Beihai Hospital for Tuberculosis Prevention and Treatment from2005 to 2013, average annual admissions of 3500 cases. 14083 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis were detect ed from 2004 to 2013 in the hospital. Among whom,4661（33.1%） were smear positive, 9227（65.5%） were smear negative and 195（1.4%） were no smear examination. The active TB patients dropped since 2007,from 1740 in 2007 to 1143 in 2013. The proportion of re-treatmet dropped annually before 2011 and then rose gradually from 9.1%（46/505） in the2011 to 14.4%（49/340） in 2013. The proportion of no smear examination dropped from 7.0%（70/996） in 2004 to 0.3%（3/1143） in 2013. Conclusion implementation of DOTS strategy in Beihai effectively contributed to the control of TB epidemic. Furthermore, the management measures should be strengthened continually.
