摘要
针对3种典型的热轧黏合非织造土工布,利用正交试验分析,就试样的宽度、长度(即夹持距离)、试样长宽比及拉伸速度对其横向收缩率和最大拉伸强度的影响,进行了综合研究。结果表明:试样的宽度、长度对横向收缩率和最大拉伸强度有显著影响,而试样的长宽比和拉伸速度对两者的影响较小;并确定最佳测试条件为试样宽度200 mm、长度50 mm、拉伸速度100 mm/min。
The influence of test conditions including specimen width,specimen length( gauge length),lengthwidth ratio and tensile speed on the lateral shrinkage and maximum tensile strength of three classical calender bonded nonwovens' geotextiles had been studied with orthogonal experimental analysis method. The results showed that,the width and the length of specimen were significant determinants while the length-width ratio and tensile speed were undistinguished factors. And the optimized test conditions for calender bonded nonwovens' geotextiles were 200 mm of specimen width,50 mm of specimen length and 100 mm / min tensile speed.
