摘要
通过氧氮分析仪和直读光谱仪对采集试样进行成分分析,用光学显微镜对其颗粒、气孔等缺陷进行分析。结果表明,钢中O和P含量超标,尤其是O含量超标以及材料中发现的颗粒和孔洞等明显缺陷是影响罐失效漏气的主要因素。
The chemical composition of collecting samples was studied by using oxygen and nitrogen analyzer and direct reading spectrometer, and the particles and porosity defects were studied by optical microscope. The results show that 0 and P content in the steel are out of limits, and the higher content of 0 as well as particles and holes are the main factors for influencing the failure of air leakage of tank.
