Research Development of Particle Morphology Formation During Thermal Spraying

摘要 在综述现有研究的基础上,探讨了喷涂工艺参数、粒子特性、基体表面状态以及粒子-基体间相互作用等因素对喷涂粒子形貌的影响,并对未来热喷涂粒子形貌形成过程的研究方向进行了展望。 Based on the review of existing research, the effects of spraying process parameters, particle characteris tics, surface state of the substrate and particle-substrate interaction on the thermal-sprayed particle morphology were discussed. Furthermore, the research direction in morphology formation of thermal sprayed particles was forecasted.
