摘要
德育能力不仅是辅导员岗位职责的要求,也是辅导员个人全面发展所必须具备的基本素质之一。实践发现,在立美德育视域的观照下,辅导员通过提升立美和审美的能力,突破德育能力不足的困境,实现立美德育和辅导员德育能力的融合。
Moral education ability is not only the position requirements of college counselors, but also the basic qualities to achieving their all-round development. Practice has proved that by enhancing their aesthetic abilities, college counselors could overcome the deficiency in moral education, and achieve integration between aesthetic education and moral education.
