摘要 食品溯源系统是食品安全监管的重要手段之一,其核心功能包括溯源信息的记录、传递和查询.本文中建立了一套以二维码为表现方式的安全溯源系统.该系统以上海仓桥水晶梨为例,以《地理标志产品保护规定》并结合本地化的全球农业良好生产管理规范要求(LocalGAP,All Farm Base,Crops Base,2013)为溯源点信息采集依据,通过生产过程实地调研、溯源流程设计、数据库搭建及溯源系统平台4个部分的研究,建立了能够快速查询产品安全信息的系统,为消费者食品安全溯源提供了一个新的渠道;同时,系统中包含的果园行业数据库,可为监管部门及相关企业推送重要的提升管理效率的数据. Food traceability system is one of the important means of food safety regulation,and its core functions include recording and transfer and inquiry of the traceability information. A traceability system was established based on the two-dimensional bar code technology in this article. This system was built base on the Shanghai Cangqiao pear case. Considering of the ″Geographical indication protection regulations″ and basing on the Local-GAP,2013,we established the traceability information collection points.Through the four parts study on the production process field investigation,traceable process design,database structures and tracing system platform establishment,the system can offer the consumers a quickly way to check product safety information. At the same time,some public comments on the orchard database are also included in the system,which can push important data to the regulators and relevant enterprises for improving their management efficiency.
