摘要
目的:比较桂枝茯苓胶囊与西药治疗子宫肌瘤疗效。方法:选取2013年2月-2014年2月子宫肌瘤患者82例,按奇偶数字法分为观察组(41例)和对照组(41例)。对照组采用米非司酮治疗,观察组采用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,比较两组患者疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后子宫和肌瘤体积均明显缩小,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率及1年后复发率低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊与西药治疗子宫肌瘤均可达到缩小子宫与肌瘤体积的目的,但桂枝茯苓胶囊药物毒副作用小,不良反应发生率低,更利于提高患者用药安全性,值得临床借鉴与推广。
Objective： To analyze the curative effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule compared with Western medicine in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Method： From February 2013 to February 2014 in the hospital,82 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into the observation group（41 cases） and the control group（41 cases）. The control group was treated by Mifepristone for treatment, and the observation group was treated by Guizhi Fuling capsule for treatment, the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Result： The uterine and fibroid volume of the two groups after treatment were significantly narrowed, but there were no significant differences between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate 1 year later of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Guizhi Fuling capsule and Western medicine in the treatment of uterine fibroids can achieve purpose of narrowing the uterine and fibroid volume, but the side effects of Guizhi Fuling capsule drug is small, the adverse reactions rate is low, more conducive to improving patients＇ safety,is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
