创伤后多器官功能障碍综合征预警指标的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）是指各种创伤、感染、外科手术、胸外心肺复苏后，患者先后或同时出现2个以上器官或系统功能障碍或衰竭，以至无法维持机体内环境的稳定。随着受罹的器官数量增加，患者病死率可从27％增至100％，MODS救治成功率将直接影响创伤的总体救治成功率。
