摘要
目的通过测定高压氧治疗过程中受试者经皮氧分压和呼出气中氧气浓度,比较改良面罩和传统面罩的密闭性。方法选取10名健康志愿者行高压氧治疗,其中升降压时间分别为20 min、35 min,受试者吸入舱内空气。压力升至0.1 MPa后受试者佩戴传统面罩吸氧25 min,测定受试者经皮氧分压变化。用储气袋收集受试者呼出的气体,并用测氧仪测定受试者呼出气中氧浓度。一周后受试者佩戴改良面罩再次进行本实验。结果未吸氧时,受试者佩戴传统面罩和改良面罩时经皮氧分压、呼出气中氧浓度无显著差异。吸氧过程中,受试者佩戴改良面罩时经皮氧分压高于佩戴传统面罩组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。佩戴改良面罩时,受试者呼出气中氧浓度高于佩戴传统面罩时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧治疗中改良面罩的密闭性优于传统面罩。
Objective To compare the tightness of traditional oral- nasal mask and modified oral- nasal mask by measuring the transcutaneous oxygen pressure( Tc PO2) and concentration of oxygen in exhaled gas. Methods Ten healthy volunteers were exposed to hyperbaric oxygen( HBO),and breathed air in chamber for 20 min during ascending phase,35 min during descending phase. Oxygen had been breathed by them for 25 min through traditional oral- nasal mask at the pressure of 0. 1 Mpa. Tc PO_2 had been recorded and exhaled gas was gathered in sealedbags simultaneously. The concentration of oxygen in bags was measured after descending phase. Those volunteers were repeatedly given with HBO therapy through modified oral- nasal mask one week later. Results TcP O_2 of those volunteers received modified oral- nasal mask exceeded that of traditional oral- nasal mask during inhalation of oxygen. The concentration of oxygen in expiratory gas collected from volunteers with modified oral- nasal mask increased more than that of traditional oral- nasal mask. Conclusion The tightness of modified oral- nasal mask is surpassed than that of traditional oral- nasal mask.
