摘要
为实现强军目标,建设能打仗、打胜仗的现代化军队,我军的战场心理防护能力亟待提升,而心理防护的概念是基于现代战争的心理损伤提出的。刘彬等[1]认为,一般在1个月的常规作战中,由于战斗应激反应而丧失战斗力的人数与伤亡人数之比在25%~50%;如果战争超过1个月,且战斗频繁、激烈,心理损伤导致的战斗力丧失将会超过战场伤亡。过去,军事心理学对心理损伤的战场心理救护比较关注,
The morale of troops should be brought into the effectiveness constitute system in the overall promotion of combat capability based on information systems. Wartime psychological protection is one way to generate combat effectiveness,an important constituent of military political work and logistic support,and a key link in the psychological warfare offensive and defensive systems. In our opinion,the wartime psychological protection mechanisms included 4 parts in the combat effectiveness generation vision,that is,the risk assessment mechanism（ the assessment on psychological protection capability and risk should be carried out regularly and then the effective measure should be taken）,the linkage operation mechanism（ the pre-plan in different military operations should be made to well cooperate the factors,such as organization mode,manning quotas, motor-driven mode, mission duty, assembly demand, deployment mode, work procedure,coordinated operation,carrying equipment,means of communication,information supporting,and logistic service during wartime）,the initiative protection mechanism（ the psychological protection education should be fit into the political education category,and the psychological protection training should be organized regularly）, and the overall intervention mechanism（ commanders at all ranks should consider the psychological protection in the process of consideration,planning,organization,assessment,adjustment of military operations）.
