摘要
针对油浸变压器中局部放电的测试需求,设计了一套基于光纤法珀传感器的超声波测试系统。该系统采用集成可调谐激光模块作为光源,通过光纤环形器把光源、法珀传感器和光电探测器连接起来。光电探测器的直流输出信号通过MCU的检测,用来调整集成可调谐激光器模块的工作波长和传感器的工作点。对光电探测器输出的交流小信号通过信号调理电路进行放大、滤波得到被测声波的模拟信号。通过对模拟信号进行数据采集、分析和显示,实现对局部放电的监测。
A measurement system was designed based on ultrasonic fiber Fabry-Perot sensors,aiming at detecting partial discharges in oil-immerged transformers. The sensors were illuminated by Integratable Tunable Laser Assembly( ITLA). The ITLA,the sensor and the photodetector were connected via fiber circulator. The wavelength of the ITLA can be altered by MCU according to the DC signals from the photodetector. Thus,the working point of the sensor can be stabilized. Acoustic analog signals can be obtained via amplifying and filtering the small AC signals from the photodetector by the conditioning circus. The partial discharges could be monitored by data acquisition,analysis and display of the analogy signal.
