摘要
通过对服装吊挂缝纫流水线工序组织设计方法的分析,对案例polo T恤衫的工序分解、工序组织设计及生产平衡情况进行了实践性对比研究。并指出衡量工序组织设计质量优劣的评价指标。实践研究表明:在服装吊挂系统生产的情况下,应对产品进行工序分工最细化,便于生产中工序的组织与实时调度;在生产条件稳定的状态下,工序相同、而工序组织设计不同时,生产线的平衡表现、生产效率存在一定的差异性;当吊挂线各工作站实际工作时间相对均衡时,能有效提高流水线的生产效率。
Based on analysis of the organization design methods of clothing hanging production line, a comparative study on the practical situation is carried on on the process decomposition, process organization design and production balance of Polo T-shirts. And pointed out is an evaluation index for measuring the quality of process organization design. Practice shows that: in the production of clothing hanging system, a most detailed labor division of production process is favorable to the process organization and real-time scheduling;under the condition of steady production, with the same process but different process design, the balance performance and production efficiency of the production line show certain differences; when the actual working time of the hanging wire workstations is relatively balanced, the production efficiency of the line can be effectively improved.
