摘要
介绍了宁夏英力特化工股份有限公司树脂分公司在小型转化器中应用低汞触媒的情况,以及延长低汞触媒使用寿命所采取的措施。改进措施实施后,低汞触媒的使用寿命由原来的7 000 h延长到8 500 h,汞触媒的单耗由2013年的1.4 kg降至1.0 kg。
Application situations of low-level mercury catalysts in small converters in Resin Branch Co. of Ningxia Yinglite Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. were introduced as well as measures taken to prolong the service life of low-level mercury catalysts. After improvement measures were taken,the service life of low-level mercury catalysts prolonged from 7000 hours to 8 500 hours,and their unit consumption was reduced from 1. 4 kg in the year 2013 to 1. 0 kg.
