摘要
目的:探讨内科老年女性住院患者比老年男性住院患者更容易发生跌倒的原因。方法:通过对内科同期住院的149例老年女性和219例老年男性患者进行回顾性分析,比较老年男性和老年女性患者各自的跌倒发生率,分析老年女性和老年男性患者与跌倒有关的主要原因(自身健康状况、患慢性疾病状况、心理状况以及平衡能力状况)的差异。结果:老年女性住院患者跌倒发生率明显高于老年男性患者(P<0.05)。在跌倒发生的主要影响因素中,平衡总影响率女性组明显高于男性组(P<0.05),怕麻烦心理状态和患2种以上慢性病患者女性组明显多于男性组(P<0.05),女性组患者自身健康状况明显比男性组差(P<0.05)。结论:老年女性住院患者较老年男性患者更容易发生跌倒,其主要原因是老年女性患者平衡力、自身身体状况较差,患多种慢性病较老年男性患者多。
Objective： To explore the reasons of senile female inpatients easily falling compared with senile male inpatients. Methods： By analyzing 149 senile females and 219 senile males hospitalized in the department of internal medicine at the same time, falling incidences of senile males and females were compared to analyze the main reasons（healthy conditions of the patients, the conditions of chronic disease, psychological conditions and the conditions of balanced capacity） related to falling. Results： Senile female inpatients were higher than senile male patients in the falling incidence obviousy（P〈0.05）. In the main influencing factors of falling, female group was higher than male group in total influencing rate of balance signficantly（P〈0.05）, female group was more than male group remarkably in being afraid of troublesome and suffering from more than two chronic diseases（P〈0.05）, female group was poorer than male group in self healthy conditions（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Senile female inpatients are easily falling off compared with senile male inpatients, its main reasons are poor balance force and self physical states,more senile female inpatients suffering from many kinds of chronic diseases.
