海南高校医学生防治艾滋病知识培训效果分析 被引量:2

Effect of knowledge training of prevention and treatment of AIDS among medical college students in Hainan

摘要 目的普及艾滋病防治知识,以降低医学生对艾滋病歧视的态度,更好地服务于艾滋病预防控制工作。方法选取2014年6-8月海南医学院在校各年级本科生600名,采用"跟进式"教学方法进行降低艾滋病被歧视的培训并评价教学效果;采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果培训期前后各年级医学生在艾滋病基本知识、歧视态度、防护控制知识得分分别为(48.97±2.68)(48.34±3.21)(14.83±3.01)分和(62.35±3.67)(56.03±4.96)(21.37±2.98)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);有无接受过培训经验学生在艾滋病防护控制知识得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同生源地医学生在艾滋病基本知识和防护控制知识得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);logistic回归分析显示,生源地和培训经验影响医学生艾滋病的歧视态度。结论 "跟进式"教学方法能有效普及医学生的艾滋病相关知识,降低医学生对艾滋病的歧视态度。 OBJECTIVE To popularize the knowledge of prevention and treatment of AIDS so as to reduce the discrimination against the AIDS among the medical college students and better serve the prevention and control of AIDS.METHODS From Jun 2014 to Aug 2014,a total of 600 undergraduates of Hainan Medical University were recruited as the study objects,then the training to reduce the discrimination against AIDA was conducted by using'phase-in'teaching method,and the training effect was evaluated;the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS13.0software.RESULTS The score of the basic knowledge of AIDS was(48.97±2.68)points before the training,(62.35±3.67)points after the training;the score of the discrimination against AIDS was(48.34±3.21)points before the training,(56.03±4.96)points after the training;the score of prevention and control knowledge was(14.83±3.01)points before the training,(21.37±2.98)after the training,and there was significant difference(P〈0.05).There was significant difference in the score of prevention and control knowledge of AIDS between the students receiving the training and the students not receiving the training(P〈0.05).There was significant difference in the score of basic knowledge of AIDS or score of prevention and control knowledge among the students coming from different areas(P〈0.05).The logistic regression analysis indicated that the origin of the student and the experience of training could influence the discrimination against the AIDS.CONCLUSION The'phase-in'teaching method can effectively popularize the related knowledge of AIDS among the medical college student and reduce their discrimination against AIDS.
