OBJECTIVE To observe the impact of azithromycin combined with woman′s health agent on uterine hemodynamics of patients with Mycoplasmapelvic inflammatory disease so as to seek the optimal treatment program for the patients with Mycoplasma pelvic inflammatory disease.METHODS A total of 400 patients with Mycoplasma pelvic inflammatory disease who were treated in the hospital from Jul 2012 to Jun 2015 were recruited as the study objects and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 200 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with azitromycin combined with woman′s health agent, while the control group was treated with single azithromycin;the clinical effects were observed and compared between the two groups of patients.RESULTS The blood flow velocity(Vmin)index value of the treatment group was(0.55±0.02)cm/s,the control group(0.44±0.03)cm/s;the pulsatility index of the treatment group was 2.35±0.14,the control group2.11±0.13;the resistance index of the treatment group was 0.87±0.02,the control grouP〈0.78±0.04;the values of the uterine hemodynamic indexes of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION Azithromycin combined with woman′s health agent can achieve more significant effect on treatment of the Mycoplasma pelvic inflammatory disease than single azithromycin, with the prognosis favorable.
