摘要
2011年5~6月,为配合新疆维吾尔自治区“定居兴牧”工程——裕民县阿勒腾也木勒水库的建设,新疆文物考古研究所在塔城地区文物局、裕民县文物保护管理所的协助下,对工程涉及的古代墓葬进行了抢救性考古发掘,共发掘墓葬100座,现将本次发掘情况简报如下。一、墓地概况阿勒腾也木勒水库位于塔城地区裕民县阿勒腾也木勒乡南7千米处,阿勒腾也木勒河中游河段。中心点地理坐标为北纬46°5′14″,东经83°13′35.2″。在第三次全国文物普查中。
Aletengyemulei Water Control Cemetery located in Yumin County, Xinjiang. In 2011, 100 tombs had been excavated, from which 50 pieces(or sets) of pottery, bronze, steel, gold, stone,bone, etc. were unearthed. According to the typical materials such as structure of burial,funerary objects, and based on the carbon-14 age dating data, we can distinguish the remains in this cemetery belongs to different cultures of different time. Excavation and research about this cemetery play a significant impact on the understanding of the feature and connotation about the western part of Junggar Basin and the Eurasian steppe archaeological culture.
