从昔阳县水环境资源的基本情况入手,分析昔阳县农村地表水体污染严重、乡镇企业污染加剧以及农村生活污水排放严重等问题,从依法治理农村水污染、统筹基础设施建设和加强农业相关信息的传播和学习等方面给出昔阳县农村水环境污染的防治对策。
