摘要
新生代农民工作为农民工群体中的新生力量,其在城市务工过程中产生了新的发展需求。目前,由于二元社会结构等原因使新生代农民工的发展权面临种种困境。必须试行新生代农民工城镇落户制度,通过职业培训提高其发展能力,加强对新生代农民工的关怀,并从立法、执法、普法宣传、法律援助的角度切实维护新生代农民工的发展权。
New generation peasant workers as the new strength of migrant works, they have new development demand in the process of work in cities. At present, because of the dual society structure makes the development of new generation migrant workers face all sorts of trouble. We have to try out new generation migrant workers settled in cities and towns system, improve their developing ability through vocational training, strengthen the care of them,and safeguard their right of development from the perspectives of legislation, law enforcement, publicity and legal aid.
