摘要 黑龙江省文化信息资源共享做了很多工作,但与国际国内大环境仍不很匹配。充分利用黑龙江省已有的网络、资源基础及云端优势,依托国内先进的网络检索系统丰富和完善黑龙江省文化信息资源,可以推进黑龙江省文化信息资源的数字化保护及信息共享。
