摘要
对最简单的不稳定酶动力系统进行动力学分析,并给出了酶动力系统的数学模型-常微分方程组。在初始酶浓度远远大于底物浓度的假设下,利用计算代数理论,求出了数学模型的符号解,最后通过例子来证明本文所用方法的准确性和有效性。
In this paper,we study the kinetic analysis of unstable enzymatic systems,and present a mathematical model-involving system of ordinary differential equations. Under the assumption that the initial enzyme concentration is far greater than the initial substrate concentration,using the theories of computer algebra,we obtain the analytical solutions of the mathematical model. Finally,some examples are given to illustrate the validity and efficiency of the method developed in this paper.
