摘要
以聚苯乙烯(PS)/CO2发泡体系为研究对象,采用细胞模型建立了气泡非等温生长过程的数学模型;通过matlab数值模拟计算,研究了工艺参数对于气泡生长的影响,得到了气泡生长与工艺参数之间的传递函数,并建立了泡孔生长预测模型。结果表明:气泡非等温生长过程中,体系的降温速率越快,气泡的生长速率就越慢;系统压力对于气泡生长的影响最显著;建立的泡孔生长预测模型可用于预测气泡半径及气泡生长最大生长速率。
A nonisothermal mathematical model based on a cell model has been built to describe bubble growth phenomena in PS / CO2 foaming. Using the accurate measurements by previous researchers of thermophysical and rheological properties of polymer / gas mixtures as the inputs for the computer simulation,the bubble growth and rate profiles have been predicted. A parametric study was conducted to examine the effects of key parameters on bubble growth and the transfer function was achieved. The pressure of the system was found to be the dominant factor affecting the bubble growth. In addition,it was found that the transfer function can be used to predict bubble growth.
