摘要
对组合转子在凝汽器中的运行寿命进行了研究,采用长度测量及称重法对转子、钢丝绳和限位件的磨损情况进行了分析,并讨论了转子、钢丝绳和限位件对组合转子寿命的影响。结果显示,经过17个月的运行,转子的最大径向减少量为0.25mm,占转子外径的1.17%;限位件与转子配合的大端面有划痕,划痕的大小跟限位件大端面的平整度有关;限位件大端的平均磨损质量为0.0150g,若按大端面占总质量最低限度的20%计算,限位件大端面的工作时间为94个月;钢丝绳外径尺寸无变化。以上结果说明转子与钢丝绳对组合转子的寿命影响比较小,限位件大端的寿命对装置正常运行的稳定性起决定性作用。
Service life analysis of assembled rotors used in condensers has been performed. The loss of rotors,steel wire and stop block was studied and the service life analysis of the rotors,steel wire and stop block was measured.After running for 17 months,the results showed that the diameter of the rotor was reduced by 0. 25 mm which is1. 17% of the rotor diameter. The radial surface of the stop block interacting with the rotor had significant scratches. The size of the scratches was related to the smoothness of the radial surface of the stop block. The weight loss of the stop block was 0. 015 g. The effective working time of the stop block was 94 months. The diameter of the steel wire showed no change. The rotor itself and the steel wire had a small impact on the service life of the assembled rotors,and the lifetime of the stop block is the main factor determining the long-term stability of the device.
