基于MVF-QSG的单相数字锁相环设计

摘要 正交信号发生器(quadrature signal generator, QSG)是构造单相软件锁相环的关键部件。为了有效减少直流分量和谐波对正交信号影响,提出一种基于多变量滤波器(multi-variable filter, MVF)的QSG。分析了MVF的传递函数,从理论上对其直流、谐波衰减的机理进行了分析,以及参数K_f对MVF-QSG的影响;通过MATLAB仿真软件,验证了MVF-QSG在稳态和动态条件下对谐波、直流分量、以及电压频率突变条件下的工作性能;搭建了3kW并网逆变器平台,测试MVF-PLL在电网幅值阶跃和畸变条件下的锁相效果。试验结果证明了方案具有良好频率适应性和动态性能。 QSG ( quadrature signal generator) is the key component in constructing single-phasesoftware phase-locked loop. In order to effectively reduce the influence of DC component and harmonic onorthogonal signals,a QSG based on MVF( multi-variable filter) is proposed. First,the transfer functionof MVF is analyzed. The mechanism of its attenuation to DC and harmonic as well as the effect ofparameter Kf on MVF-QSG are analyzed theoretically. Second,the performance of MVF-QSG understeady and dynamic conditions is verified by MATLAB simulation software toolbox. Finally,a 3 kW gridconnectedinverter platform is built to test the phase-locked effect of MVF-PLL under the condition ofamplitude step and distortion. The experimental results show that the scheme has good frequencyadaptability and dynamic performance.
