摘要
习近平总书记对生态文明建设的深刻论述,为林业现代化建设指明了方向,也为林业高等教育发展和林业人才培养提供了根本遵循,要求我们在教育工作中遵循生态文明理念,培养适合现代林业发展的新型创新林业人才。西南林业大学现行人才培养模式存在着培养模式雷同、教育观念陈旧等问题。今后在本科人才培养中要以培养具有实践能力、创新能力、创业能力和国际化视野的新型农林人才为目标,重新确立战略思维,加强实践能力培养和拓宽国际化视野,构建卓越人才质量标准体系和质量监控体系,培养出符合新时代要求的新型林业人才。
Xijinping's in-depth discusses about the construction of ecological civilization,pointed out the direction for the forestry modernization,provided fundamental follow for forestry development of higher education and talents cultivation,asked us to follow the concept of ecological civilization in the education work,cultivate the new innovation of forestry talent to fit the development of modern forestry. There are some problems of the current talent cultivation mode of southwest forestry university such as the development mode and the old concept of education. In the future,we should cultivate practical ability in the cultivation of undergraduate talents,innovation ability,entrepreneurial ability and international vision of the new agriculture and forestry talents for the goal. To establish the strategic thinking,strengthen the practice ability and broaden the international field of vision,build great talent quality standard system and quality monitoring system,and make new forestry talents to meet the requirements of the new era.
